Claudia founded CoreMax Consulting after spending a decade navigating the intersection of technology strategy, regulatory complexity, and organizational change. Her career spans Wall Street financial modeling, energy sector M&A advisory, and corporate board governance—giving her a rare perspective on how AI governance decisions ripple through organizations.

Before CoreMax, Claudia served as Managing Director at a boutique energy advisory firm, led strategic planning for a domestic construction firm, and sat on the board of a clean energy nonprofit. She holds an Bachelors degree from University of Pennsylvania and a master's in international finance from Harvard.
Robert "Bob" Linehan
Senior Advisor, Technology & Operations
Bob brings over 25 years of experience in technology implementation, digital transformation, and operational excellence across regulated industries. He specializes in helping organizations bridge the gap between strategic AI ambitions and practical execution, with a particular focus on mid-market companies and nonprofits navigating resource constraints.

Previously served as web technology lead for an international hospitality company and executive director of an energy organization which included finance and, insurance investors. Led digital transformation initiatives for multiple nonprofits, associations, and government organizations. Holds a bachelor's in economics from Washington and Jefferson College and a master's in computer Interface Design from School of Visual Arts.

Geri is an expert in organizational development, change management, and building internal capability for sustainable technology adoption. She helps organizations move beyond policy documents to create cultures where responsible AI governance becomes embedded in daily operations and decision-making
